Kelli Gardner is a trust and estate attorney with nearly twenty years of experience handling complex trust and estate administration matters. As Chief Fiduciary Counsel, Kelli oversees all fiduciary legal matters and the tax program for Advocacy Trust.

Prior to joining Advocacy Trust, Kelli worked as both in-house counsel and in fiduciary management for national and regional financial institutions. Before working in the financial services industry, Kelli practiced with law firms in New England and the Midwest, focusing in the areas of estate planning, tax, trusts, elder law, and special needs planning. 

Kelli graduated from the University of Vermont with a double major in political science and history. She earned her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kelli has held leadership positions on numerous boards and is involved in various professional organizations, including NAELA. Kelli speaks frequently on issues related to estate planning, trust and estate administration, and special needs planning. Kelli is admitted to the bar associations of Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Maryland.
