Lily Ngo joined Advocacy Trust in 2022 as a Senior Trust Manager with over a decade of experience in fiduciary services. She executes with a genuine passion for providing guidance and advocating for others. Her background allows her to provide unique insight to find practical and creative solutions. She continues Advocacy Trust’s tradition of excellence by serving her teammates and delivering extraordinary customer service while improving processes to enhance the client experience.

Before joining Advocacy Trust, Lily administered special needs trusts, traditional trusts, and estates as Vice President and Trust Advisor at Ameris Bank. Additionally, she was a Specialty Trust Advisor at SunTrust Bank and administered special needs trusts, settlement protection trusts, and conservatorship/guardianship accounts. Before working in trust administration, Lily practiced estate planning and elder law.

Lily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Pepperdine University. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate and an Elder Law Certificate of Concentration and receiving the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service award. Lily obtained the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation through the American Bankers Association. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, finding unique eats, and traveling.
