Mary B. Peterka serves as the Operations Manager for Advocacy Trust. She has been in operations in one form or another for over 30 years working at Trust Companies, Brokerage Firms and Money Managers. Mary has a wealth of knowledge of financial operations and has managed operations teams for most of her career. She has a knack for streamlining processes and making sure everyone on the team knows the why behind all our processes. Along with her operations background she has compliance experience which helps round out her industry knowledge. 

Mary reports to the Director of Operations and will assist in ensuring our practices serve our clients and meet all our regulatory requirements. She believes in being proactive and making sure we exceed our responsibilities as well as our clients expectations. Along with various Operations and Compliance Manager positions, Mary has held several licenses and accreditations including FINRA Series 4, 7, 63, 24 and CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists).

In her free item she likes to spend time with her two daughters, Allison and Katie, and do almost anything outdoors. She will paddleboard on any lake or river she can find but loves the intercoastal most.
