
Eloisa Spirito joined Advocacy Trust in 2026 as a Senior Trust Officer II. She works closely with clients, families, attorneys, and advisors to navigate trust and estate matters with a focus on Supplemental Needs Trusts, guardianship administration, fiduciary services, and settlement-related trusts.
With over 20 years of experience in the legal and fiduciary fields, Eloisa has developed extensive knowledge in Surrogate’s Court proceedings, guardianships, trust administration, and estate planning support. Before joining Advocacy Trust, she worked at Midland Trust Company. Eloisa also practiced law in New York, where she led the Infant’s Compromise Department and handled a broad range of fiduciary matters relating to clients’ personal injury settlements.
Throughout her career, Eloisa has assisted clients with establishing supplemental needs trusts and settlement trusts, coordinating structured settlements, negotiating medical lien reductions, and administering trusts designed to protect and preserve assets for beneficiaries with unique needs.
Eloisa is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from New York University.
