
Rebecca McNabb joined Advocacy Trust in January 2026. She has experience in trust administration, estate planning, and elder law. Rebecca is passionate about supporting special needs clients and values the opportunity to contribute ot meaningful, client-centered solutions through her work at Advocacy Trust.
Prior to joining Advocacy Trust, Rebecca practiced estate and trust law with Hall Bloch Garland & Meyer. She also served as a Vice President and Trust Officer with Magnolia Trust Company. During law school, Rebecca worked for Elder Law of East Tennessee, where she was first introduced to special needs planning.
Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated with a capstone in Estate Planning and the Gold Service Medallion for her extensive pro bono work.
Rebecca completed her Master of Laws degree in Taxation, with a focus on estate planning, from the University of Alabama. In 2024, Rebecca earned her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation through the American Bankers Association.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities such as caving, hiking, and kayaking with her husband, Kyle. They love spending time with their pets and traveling the world.
